AfterUcleaN is a small family company based in London. We run well established business, specialized in domestic and office cleaning since 1999. AfterUcleaN offers you a professional and reliable cleaning services for your home or office at a time that suits you. We are not an agency therefore you don't pay an agency fee. The money you pay goes straight to the cleaner and you get the same person every visit. Our services are available on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

As an excellence of our services we are still related with clients back from year 2000 provable upon request. We have loads of recommendations and a very happy clients coming back for more no matter of where they are relocating within a London area. Our company takes only professionals who are trained to the highest standards and insured before approaching your premises. As a family run business we are putting our clients first so you can expect the attention you deserve. We are operating 24/7 and unanswered enquiry or questions is not an option for as. Please note we do not do windows or carpet cleaning. We are specialised in Domestic & Office cleaning ONLY.

How We do it

Simplicity is our philosophy. After the first conversation with as we are coming to your place to give you clearer picture of the things we do and choosing the convenient time that suits you best. After that our cleaner will clean your house/flat or office and you will get the final price for your cleaning.

About Us

Who we are? We are a family. Vesi and Daniel are our names. Our office is based at Streatham SW16 and we cover the entire London area. We have female and male cleaners.

Domestic Services

Domestic Cleaning

Our Domestic Cleaning includes:
1. General tidying, empty bins.
2. Cleaning of your kitchen and bathroom.
3. Make beds, change sheets, ironing.
4. Load and empty dishwashers.
5. Polish and dust, vacuuming.
6. Washing the floors, cleaning cobwebs and much more.
As a result of our experience we believe that the most economical and hygienic approach is to use your cleaning materials. It avoids pet hair and smells going from one customer’s house to the next and also means your house will feel and smell exactly as you would like it.
Our cleaners can do your cleaning while you are at home or while you are at work. We can always find a time that is convenient for you.

One-Off Cleaning/Spring Cleaning

If you need one-off cleaning to fresh up you home we can help you with that.
We can organise the cleaner to come at the day and time convenient for you.
Our one off-cleaning service is suitable for all customers who do not require cleaning on regular basis.
The spring cleaning is a thorough cleaning of your home, which will include cleaning of areas that are not usually cleaned on regular basis, including cupboards, microwave, fridge, oven, etc.

After Party Cleaning

We know that the last thing you want to do when you have had a good time is to clean up your place.
So why not contact us and let us do all the hard work while you enjoy the after party mood.
Imagine arriving back to a sparkling clean home, cleaned, vacuumed and dusted with a fragrance of freshly polished doors and furniture.
Usually we are sending a team of cleaners that will perform the best cleaning you’ve ever experienced and we are convinced that you will come back for more.

Moving In/Out Cleaning

If you need to have your old home or office cleaned before moving out, or your new home or office cleaned before moving in, we are here to help.
Our cleaners will handle all of the deep cleaning that needs to be done to make your home shine.
Whether you are renting a home or you are selling, we can make your life easier.
For moving in or out cleaning we require minimum of 4 hours per visit.
All you need is to contact and let us do the rest.

Ironing Services

If you need some ironing to be done separately from your normal regular domestic cleaning which includes ironing then we can either come and do it at your home or we can collect and deliver* it for FREE.
Prices are:
£9 p/h weekly | £10 p/h fortnightly | £11 p/h one off
*For FREE collection and delivery the order must be over £30

Office Cleaning

We can provide you and your company with fast, friendly, reliable stuff that will uphold your company’s professional look and feel.
Contracts are welcome.
We can offer one off cleaning as well as daily, weekly or monthly cleaning.
We will empty the bins and replace with fresh bin liners, polishing desks, floors vacuuming , sanitize phones, cleaning the skirting boards, blinds dusting, cleaning doors and doors frames.
Whatever your cleaning needs are please get in touch and specify the exact service you require and we will do it for you.
Our cleaners are trustworthy and any equipment or materials of a private nature will be safe.
Prices start from: £12 p/h on regular bases.

Communal Area Cleaning

AfterUcleaN will take care of your communal areas like letter box, corridors, entrance, and stairs of your building or office.
We believe the front entrance and the communal areas are the most important points of any building.
These common parts are the first point of visitors contact with your building and their state of cleanliness is always our priority.
Our professional cleaners will make sure that your communal areas get the attention it requires to create a good first impression.

1. Are you insured?

Yes, all our staff is insured.

2. What can I expect from our cleaning service?

Once you have chosen your date and time for our cleaning service, we will appoint a member of our staff to visit you on a regular basis for as long as you require our services. The cleaners will endeavour to clean your house to your exact requirements. Unfortunately, our insurance does not allow them to carry out tasks outside of the house.

3. What can I expect from our care service?

Once you have chosen your date and time for our home-care service, we will appoint a member of our staff to visit you on a regular basis for as long as you require our services.

4. Will I receive the same staff?

All of our clients will receive the same assistance on the same agreed day each week or fortnight. Subject to staff illness and holidays permitting.

5. Are the staff vetted?

All our staff is personally interviewed by us and their reference checked.

6. What if I am unhappy with my cleaner or carer?

Please contact us and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement member of staff.

7. Do I have to sign a contract?

No, our service is provided for as long as it is required. If you wish to alter or bring to an end our arrangements then contact us directly at the earliest opportunity.

CLEANING TIPS:

Terms & Conditions

Our Cleaners

All our team is fully trained in our advanced cleaning technique designed to clean your home quicker and more thoroughly than most.
Our cleaning staff usually works on their own, but we reserve the right to work in teams.
All our staff are fully vetted and insured.
Staff will not eat, drink or smoke in your home.
We do endeavour to provide the same cleaning team where appropriate or requested.
However this may not always be possible due to holidays, absences, varying cleaning frequencies & other commitments.
Our training and working practices are designed to ensure that we comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Customer Care

We want to keep in regular contact with you in order to ensure that you get the best possible service from AfterUcleaN.
Please feel free to contact us by telephone or through our website.

Our Charges

You pay on the day the service is done by cash or cheque made out on the name of the cleaner. Payment can be made by Pay Pal, standing order or BACS.

Special Circumstances

Special requests for additional services should be made 2 days before a service day. This ensures that these can be provided and payment agreed.
However, we may be able to accommodate these on the service day. We will treat your home with the greatest of care.
Please inform us of any items that are irreplaceable, so that we can make special arrangements for care.

Your Obligations

To provide a safe working environment for our staff, e.g. safe electrical appliances, securely fixed wardrobes, cupboards, shelves etc. and advise us of any risks to our staff
To pay promptly for all cleaning hours provided.
During the period of this agreement and for a period of 12 months after the termination of this agreement, the client will not employ any staff that has been employed by AfterUcleaN.
AfterUcleaN reserves the right to claim any damages, loss of earnings, recruitment costs, training costs and any court costs where appropriate, subject to a minimum of £750 plus Vat.
The client may not employ AfterUcleaN staff. Please ensure that access is provided. Otherwise we are obliged to charge you.
We can devote more of our time in providing you with the best of our professional services should you spend a few moments tidying before we arrive.

Cancellations

Please contact us, giving us at least 5 full working days notice if you do not want a particular clean or are on holiday.
Cancellations for individual cleans require 5 full working days notice in order to re-schedule our team and avoid having to charge you.
Our cancellation charges are dependent upon the notice given and are as follows;
Notice period and charges for individual cleans;
5 full working days: no charge
3 working days: 25% of original fee
2 working day: 33% of original fee
1 working day: 50% of original fee
Same day: 75% 0f original fee Upon arrival: full original fee
Upon commencement: full original fee
After we have provided 2 months service, we will require a notice period for the cancellation of the service.
We will require a notice period for cancellation of 4 weeks.

Complaints

If you have cause for complaint please contact us within 48hours in order that we can return and rectify the matter for you
